Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Program Registration
- Open-enrolment programs are limited to a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 16 participants.
- Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A 25% deposit is required to reserve your place.
- Your place is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- All program fees are quoted and payable in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment
- The remaining balance is payable 60 days prior to the program start date.
- Participants whose balance remains unpaid after this date may forfeit their place.
Participant Cancellations
- Cancellations received more than 60 days before the program start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received 45 days or less before the program start date are non-refundable.
Program Cancellation by Ascent Solutions
- Ascent Solutions reserves the right to postpone or cancel a program if minimum participant numbers are not achieved or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Should Ascent Solutions cancel a program, participants will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
